Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how you can return or exchange your items:
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
• Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.
• Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
• Choose whether you’d like a refund , or an exchange.
3. Return Shipping
• We offer free returns for all domestic orders.
• For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Processing Your Return
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
